My name is Deborah Osomo and I help unfulfilled and underpaid educators design, organize and automate their businesses and classrooms. For the past 7 years, I have enjoyed being an avid educator in the classroom, working with Ed-based research organizations, and pushing for globalized quality education in person and through Ed-Tech. I understand the importance of innovation, career development and growth opportunities for educators because when you are empowered with the right resources and support, positive transformation happens both inside and outside of the classroom.
Fastforward to now, I put all my experience, skills and love for tech into supporting educators who are ready to transform their careers through business and so they can become successful edupreneurs with purpose.
When I’m not supporting ieducators, inside and outside of the classroom, I enjoy catching up with the Marvel Universe, jewelry making, and spending quality time with close friends and family.

Here are answers to a few of our most common questions.
How long does my access go for?
The Personalized Growth Track is a contract-based 1:1 coaching program for both levels represented. It has a 12-month cycle in which members are able to go through all the content and benefits that are available within the 12-months of their membership cycle.
This 12-month cycle is counted down from the moment a member purchases any level of access to the "Personalized Growth Track."
Yes, you will get an official welcome letter in your inbox from Deborah and immediate access to your private member hub, and your personalized profile (depending on your access level) and will have the opportunity to start working through the coaching roadmap laid out for your access level.
Some exceptions are if you are signing up for the "Starting Blocks" level of the program during special sale periods as you will be gaining access when the doors officially open for the next set of cohorts!
The "Personalized Growth Track" which includes the Edupreneur HQ, Content Galore Vault, your Personalized Edupreneur Profile and all other benefits will be primarily hosted on Notion. The Private Member's Hub and Individual 1:1 Support with Deborah will be hosted on Slack.
All access links and processes will be sent to clients once they sign up!
The beauty of this program is that members are taken through different stages of growing their businesses, so once you sign up, you are taken through a practical and tested roadmap strategy.
Once you have completed each of your roadmap's milestone or entered into a new month, you will have access to new monthly content, intentional planning sessions, and more.
"Pace Setter" members are welcomed into a workflow that has been designed to fit their needs and aid them in staying on track with the program.
Do I need to have to be a beginner edupreneur to qualify?
Absolutely not!
The beauty of this membership is that it is ever-growing and evergreen so it is open to all edupreneurs. Whether your focus in becoming an Author, Course Creator, Ed-Tech Coach, etc, each piece of content is made to be useful and applicable to all edupreneurs.
There are continuous upgrades, add-on's and opportunities that will be offered as time goes by. Think of it as your one-stop shop to all things edupreneurship.
Does my location matter?
In summary, No.
Anyone can apply to join the "Personalized Growth Track" as long as they are within education, are educators or interested in building up education (learning) based businesses or second income streams.
The content and coaching methods provided within this coaching program are not limited to any particular location and everything is accessible virtually.
With the "Personalized Growth Track" you are paying for a 12-month contract access to a private membership hub, all the benefits included and personalized monthly coaching.
This is a contract package, so you can only cancel your contract per the terms stated in the contract.
Any/All Add-on features of this package are completely optional and come with separate terms clearly stated above, in your client packet and within your contract.
If you opt for the cancelation terms of your contract, you will have to pay the deductible for the remainder of your total cost unless otherwise stated after official conclusions with the coach and The Purposeful Educator Team.
When can I join the coaching program?
You are free to join any access level of the coaching program during the launch periods and whenever the coaching program is open for registration.
The regular launch dates are during the first 30 days of March, July, and October each year.
Eg: From the 1st - 30th of March, July and October.
